For one person, it's good to order one appetizer and one main dish each, so for two people, a total of four plates would be a good guideline (of course, this may vary by individual).
This is a recommended menu item that about 70% of our customers order. We carefully select A5 Wagyu beef by examining the cross-section of the block, lightly searing the surface of the meat that has rich flavor and sweet, fragrant marbling to create the carpaccio.

The taste of the dish changes with air. A unique guacamole that is emulsified by kneading it until it reaches an extremely airy texture.
Served with flatbread and honey
A5 Wagyu beef, carefully selected by an expert, served with Madeira sauce, garlic sauce, charred green onion powder, yuzu pepper, and a block of turnip sauce. We recommend grilling your preferred cut of meat. Sharing a larger size among everyone is recommended. Starting from 1450.

Served with smooth and light mashed potatoes, this dish recreates the recipe of beef cooked down with red wine. *Please allow 30-40 minutes for preparation.
A large cut of Wagyu beef is lightly seared on the surface, then chopped and mixed with condiments and sauce, creating a 'raw sensation hamburger.' Please enjoy it with pommes frites (French fries).

This is a Middle Eastern-style rice porridge made with Turkish rice dish broth. The flavors of paprika and chili pepper are appetizing.
