If you just cut out the "fish - lobster - meat" flow, this might be my favorite French dish in the last few years. In the fish dishes, the crispy scales of sea bream and the risotto with clam broth were the best. Then the lobster before the meat dish. The lobster was not overcooked, but retained a nice texture. I think there are many restaurants where the appetizers are very impressive but the meat dishes are disappointing, but on this day, the beef filet was from Gunma Prefecture! I think it was about 100 grams per person. The filet was very tender without any unnecessary fat, and you could really taste the flavor of the meat. I was worried that if the dessert was disappointing, it would break the trend, but the dessert was also delicious and I was determined to repeat the experience. Reservations seem to be easy to make and we found a very good restaurant.

French cuisine with a smile I have a feeling that this restaurant will quickly become a famous restaurant that does not take reservations. I was introduced to this restaurant by a French cuisine lover. French cuisine is so difficult because it doesn't have a name... There were many dishes. Sautéed eggplant and Shinshu salmon tartar, topped with sea urchin, caviar, and shiso Aomori squid, turnip puree, sliced turnip, and black olives. Oyster gratin from Murozu, Hyogo Prefecture Fritter Poiret of Cod Milt from Nemuro, Hokkaido with Mushroom Sauce Flathead flounder from Choshi, Chiba Prefecture, with Saga chrysanthemum brûtée and white celery accents. Grilled Conger eel from Tsushima, Nagasaki, with Kitakari purée Roasted Ezo-shika deer, pumpkin purée Fondant chocolate and berry ice cream The following is a list of the items that will be served! The concept was to put a gimmick (smile) in each dish! I know it's not the same, but.... Maybe not, but...watching the chef's movement from the counter while eating. Waiting for the food to be served. It was a fun time. I would like to visit again!

The food was delicious, but since the chef was a one-operator and even served the customers, it took 3.5 hours to eat and my stomach was so bloated that I could not enjoy the food to the last delicious bite.
