Nestled in a quiet residential area in Ebisu 2-chome, Pellegrino is a theater-style restaurant with only six seats per day. The menu consists of only one omakase course. Using carefully selected ingredients from all over the world, the restaurant offers the local cuisine of Parma, the capital of cuisine, and is called the most difficult Italian restaurant in Japan to get a reservation because of its delicious taste. The food was prepared in a timely manner and served at the optimum temperature and timing, allowing us to enjoy the flavors and tastes of the finest ingredients. Furthermore, the satisfaction upon completion of all the dishes was very high, and we did not feel bloated or strangely full, but rather as if it were the first dish until the very end, which is truly the best kind of meal. The sesame mackerel, button prawn, abalone, and red sea urchin are all unique and can only be tasted here. The prosciutto ham was even more impressive than this, so naturally we decided to come back again.

August Pellegrino Second visit this year. The strongest restaurant in my opinion. ⭐️Taste 10 Everyone who came here was calling out how delicious and tasty the food was, and it was quite a rare sight! I think this is the most impressive food I've ever had! ⭐️Service 10 Mr. Takahashi should normally be a bit of a tengu (a kind of a egotist) after selling so well, but he was not a tengu at all, he was humble and I found him to be very personable. ... ⭐️Ambiance 10It's stylish and can be used either for a date or to take for a meeting. Too many people are chartering the place. 🙇‍♀️⭐️COSPA 9 43,000 yen/person. It's over 4000, but the taste is all over impressive, a lot of service, good personality, and there's quite a revisit! I just can't get it - lol 🤣. ⭐️Direction 9 There are many, many times.

The atmosphere (including the music) is great, and although the course takes a long time, I don't mind the time and each dish of prosciutto is delicious. The pairing course is 42,000 yen, so if we assume that the drinks cost 12,000 yen, it would be a course of about 30,000 yen. (I didn't feel the price was overpriced.) Although I would like to go back, I could not get a reservation for the next time. I ran into a 26-year-old Chinese foodie with whom I have many mutual acquaintances, and when I praised the food as better than SUGALABO's cured ham, Mr. Takahashi said it was natural.

It had been a while since I went to Pellegrino. As expected, it is the pinnacle of Italian cuisine. The dish combining foie gras and sweet potatoes was wonderful.

This is the kind of restaurant where you feel there is no reason why something that has been put a lot of time and effort into it can't be delicious @Hiroo Mr. Perellino. Open only 3 days a week. Only 5 seats per rotation, which is a platinum seat 😆✨ Close proximity to the chef and a live atmosphere. The course consists of two parts. The menu is often not decided until the very last minute as he interacts with the ingredients. The chef alone handles everything from cooking to service with great dexterity. Even so, it was a long four-hour course, but the chef's demeanor was very soft and he wanted the food to be delicious! He also pays careful attention to the ingredients and takes the time and effort to make each dish delicious, so it didn't take long at all 💕. I had a great time! I had a great time! I had a great time!

All were delicious, though, Personally, I'm giving the first and second I personally enjoyed the "Torta Fritta", which is a Parma-style fried bread topped with prosciutto ham. It was really quite good. It is the best luxury to compare many kinds of cured ham carefully made in Parma and Gifu, the home of cured ham! I even felt bliss as the ham melted on my tongue 🥳. I would pay 4000 to visit this place 🤧🥳.

I wanted to go to Pellegrino the most. I wanted to go to Pellegrino First visit 😭💖💖💖✨ I thought I would never be able to go. I'm already too happy 😭✨✨✨ Plus I wanted to go there the most. During this white truffle season 😭✨✨✨ The first dish was Ravioli soup🐓. Ravioli is so elastic and chewy. The soup is also delicious 😭❤️ And the second dish of hokki-gai was It was so delicious! By far the best hokki-gai I've ever had 🤣💓. The best I've ever had 🤣💓 The third dish was White truffle x foie gras x sweet potato❤️ It's drizzled with honey 😋🍯. It's a little bit like dessert 😋🍯.

This pairing 🍷💕✨🌈 I'm a weak drinker so I like to drink a little bit🌹. I like to drink aperitifs and desserts with a glass of wine 😘. This time, I really liked the noble rot wine too much and drank too much at the end ٩٩_5(๑'ᴗ'๑)۶.
