Opened in June 2017, the owner, who trained in Nagoya, has begun a new challenge in Tokushima. Utilizing local ingredients, they are promoting the charm of regional Japanese cuisine. Through a connection with the owner's wife, they have opened a shop in Tokushima and have become a beloved presence among the local people.

The owner is from Hyogo and has many years of experience honing his skills at a kaiseki restaurant in Nagoya. The reason for opening a location in Tokushima was due to a connection with his wife, who is from Kamojima. He offers dishes that utilize local ingredients and promotes the charm of traditional Japanese cuisine rooted in the community.
