A luxurious dish where abalone and Senju green onions are arranged in an abalone shell, topped with a special sauce made from abalone liver and Asakusa nori, and grilled over a charcoal fire.
In the past, it is said that the people of Edo discarded the red parts of tuna, such as the collar and fatty belly. To avoid waste, the Negima Nabe was created. The green onions used are specially selected Senju green onions from the Senju onion specialty market. The excess fat from the fatty belly dissolves into the broth, making the green onions even more delicious in that broth. This is the Negima Nabe with Mebachi tuna.
