The interior is moist and allows you to relax immediately. It may take a little while to find the entrance, but once you sit down, you can see the grilling area, which is exciting. The thinly sliced tongue is grilled to a fragrant perfection, making the rice go down easily. The fluffy beef tongue hamburger is warm and has a gentle texture, and when combined with an egg, it enhances the satisfaction. The lightly pickled cabbage is abundant and has a mild flavor, while the oxtail soup has a clear umami that is pleasant. The subtle attentiveness and quiet atmosphere are comfortable, and the Shigaraki pottery at the entrance is cute and soothing.

The interior of the restaurant has a warmth of wood, creating a comfortable and calm atmosphere. Sometimes the place is lively, and seats can fill up quickly. The signature stew is rich in flavor, and the beef tongue is surprisingly tender. Pairing the barley rice with the stew allows you to enjoy it deliciously until the last bite. The beef tongue curry has a richness similar to demi-glace and contains large pieces of beef tongue that are tenderly simmered. The friendly staff and the combination of tail soup, tororo, and pickles are also delightful.
