Once you take a bite, the melting soft-boiled egg yolk bursts in your mouth. It is gently wrapped in savory, flavorful pork belly. This exquisite combination is generously coated with a secret sweet and spicy sauce, creating a blissful harmony in your mouth.
A signature skewer from Matsusuke! Its vibrant appearance makes it perfect for girls' nights out or dates. Taking a bite of this skewer with its beautiful contrast of red and white, the flavor of melting cheese and bursting tomatoes flows out from the crispy grilled pork. The addition of rich basil-scented Genovese sauce from Minami Aso adds a deep flavor.
