Shimbashi] Shimbashi's Best Gindara Set Meal Gindara Kasu-zuke (silverfish with sake lees) + sashimi @ Ishii (Shimbashi) ￥1,400+100 **◇*◇*◇◆*◆◆*◇*◇*◇◇*◇◆*◇◇*◇◆*◇◇*◇◆ Personally, my No.1 gindara was at Shimbashi Totoya. but it has surpassed it, I was that impressed with Ishii-san's gindara kasuzuke (silverfish marinated in sake lees). The outside was nice and crispy, and the flesh is soft and fluffy and the flesh is fluffy and juicy. And in addition to that, it is very juicy. The moment you put your chopsticks in, something like fish juice comes out...! I wasn't even interested in sakekasu-zuke in the past. I've never had such a delicious kasuzuke. I have never had such a delicious kasuzuke before. Anyway, the arajiru soup is full of meat, The bite-sized egg omelet is also very tasty. (It was so big that it was sticking out of the plate.) Jidori chicken oyakodon @ Ishii (Shinbashi) ￥1,000 This restaurant is located in a back alley in Shimbashi, where you can get oyakodon with sashimi for only 1,000 yen. ☺️✨The broth of this restaurant was always mentioned as delicious in the reviews. 😭😭😭💕The rice looks small but it's very substantial and very satisfying🐤♥️
