In a quiet alley, staying in a house feels exciting, as if I've been invited to someone's home. The process of opening the front door with a passcode and bringing in my shoes feels like a little attraction, which is fun. The reservation system and the fact that I don't have to face the staff is also interesting. It's refreshing to have a style where we can arrange appetizers and warm the pot while looking at the instructions in the room. From smoked appetizers and smoked soy sauce for sashimi to the choice of hot pot and the final champon, everything has a wonderful aroma and is satisfying. The drinks in the refrigerator, including highballs and sake, are well-stocked, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable time in a private room.
