In the deli section of the department store, there is an exciting array of Yonezawa beef bento boxes and fried foods lined up. The slightly sweet seasoning blends gently with the rice, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The meat is not too fatty, and the grilled meat is tender and satisfying. There are many varieties of minced cutlets, croquettes, and beef cutlets, and the flavor of the meat comes through clearly. The sauce is not too thick and the amount is moderate, so it's nice that the rice doesn't get sticky even after some time. There is a microwave in the store that is easy to use, allowing you to enjoy Yonezawa beef conveniently.
