How to enjoy: First, heat the pot sufficiently. When smoke starts to come out, spread beef fat all over and heat until it almost burns. Reduce to medium heat and add the meat. After grilling one side, add the sauce until the meat is lightly submerged. Beat an egg and enjoy it according to your preferred soaking level. For additional servings, add meat and then vegetables in that order, and add more sauce to bring it to a boil. Season to taste with sugar and soy sauce before enjoying.

This product is individually packed and rapidly frozen.
