We went to Teppan Ni Hyakudo for lunch. I tried lunch thinking it would be difficult to get dinner, but it was very authentic and I was fascinated by the performance of the chef grilling the food in front of me. I will be returning for lunch again and again.

The calm location of Goten-yama provides a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing time. The combination of craft beer and elaborate Spanish cuisine is excellent, and the mood lifts right from the toast. The Iberico ham, sliced on-site from the whole leg, is rich in aroma and melts in your mouth. The hearty paella is infused with seafood broth, and the texture of the crispy bits is enjoyable. The small plates, such as chicken liver mousse, tortilla, and empanada, are visually appealing and well-balanced in flavor. The shuttle bus makes transportation easy, and there are private rooms available, making it perfect for gatherings.

The interior is spacious, and the counter has enough room to feel relaxed. Each dish is prepared with care, and all of them were delicious. The pairing of prosciutto and torta fritta, as well as the combination of burrata and fruit, particularly stood out to me. The fried egg with bottarga, and the bottarga pasta also had a rich flavor that paired well with wine. The staff were kind, and their explanations of the dishes and wine were clear, making for a comfortable atmosphere. I feel that it is a cozy space that is easy to use for dates or gatherings.

You can enjoy French cuisine that makes the most of Hokkaido's blessings, with each dish being richly aromatic. The demi-glace sauce, passed down for many years, has a deep richness that pairs perfectly with the charcoal-grilled meat. The celery soup has a gentle sweetness and a very smooth texture. The seafood salad includes sweet shrimp, scallops, squid, octopus, and seaweed, all brought together with a homemade onion and carrot dressing. The homemade bread is also fragrant, with a strong wheat flavor. The layout of the restaurant is a bit unique, making the time spent there very pleasant.

First visit to "Bistro uokin", a bistro version of the too-famous Uokin, at a get-together after a meeting in Gotanda. I was impressed by the low price of the dishes. Many of the dishes were around ¥500 each. The wines were all in the ¥2000 range. I would like to use this restaurant again for a light drinking party.
