With angel shrimp, clams, mussels, scallops, and whelk, served with arugula salad. Accented with dill and orange.
Chilled veal tongue boiled with aromatic vegetables and spices. Thinly sliced and generously topped with Salsa Verde. The sauce is made with a base of Italian parsley, anchovies, vinegar, cheese, breadcrumbs, and hard-boiled eggs.
A mousse made by combining Gorgonzola with fresh cream for a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Topped with seasonal fruits, walnuts, and drizzled with honey.
A traditional Neapolitan dish made by adding aonori (green seaweed) to pizza dough and frying it. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, enjoy it while it's hot. Seasonal zeppole are also recommended.
Fritters stuffed with four types of meat: beef, pork, chicken, and rabbit. Perfect to accompany beer and sparkling wine!
