A special dinner set meal featuring all of Miyazaki's seafood, mountains, and fields. A total of 12 dishes including three kinds of appetizers, a bowl, char-grilled Miyazaki Jitokko chicken, a small bowl of cooked food, young chicken nanban, Obi tempura, Namari-bushi Caesar salad, grilled bonito, cold soup, Miyazaki Prefecture rice Hinohikari, miso soup, and cheese buns.

Miyazaki Beef brand certification standards refer to black-haired Japanese cattle that are raised and fattened in Miyazaki Prefecture, and are classified as grade 4 or higher according to the meat quality grading standards set by the Japan Meat Grading Association.
The pork is raised in an environment that allows it to grow healthily, fed with a special diet that balances sweet potatoes and barley, resulting in tender meat with a sweet-flavored fat.
