A special dinner set meal featuring all of Miyazaki's seafood, mountains, and fields. A total of 12 dishes including three kinds of appetizers, a bowl, char-grilled Miyazaki Jitokko chicken, a small bowl of cooked food, young chicken nanban, Obi tempura, Namari-bushi Caesar salad, grilled bonito, cold soup, Miyazaki Prefecture rice Hinohikari, miso soup, and cheese buns.
Raised with care and affection over a long period of 4 to 5 months, the 'Miyazaki Jitokko' has grown robustly in the refreshing air and vast land. Its meat is elastic, bursting with flavor, and has a satisfying texture that allows for an abundant culinary experience.
The brand certification standards for Miyazaki beef refer to black-haired Wagyu cattle that are raised and fattened in Miyazaki Prefecture, and are classified as grade 4 or higher according to the meat quality grading standards set by the Japan Meat Grading Association.
We create an environment where pigs can grow healthily, and we use a special feed that is well-balanced with sweet potatoes and barley, resulting in pork characterized by tender meat quality and sweet-flavored fat.
