The restaurant is run by a couple, and it has a friendly and warm atmosphere. Even when it's busy, they are attentive, and they guide you to a spacious seat where you can relax. It's nice that you can request a course on a whim. The thick-cut salmon appetizer and the dish made with thinly prepared chicken skin are impressive, and the sauce with acidity and sweetness pairs well with the fish. The pumpkin soup and the generous salad are also delicious, and the main dish, Akashi sea bream, is moist with an excellent soy sauce that has the aroma of green onions. The pilaf has a nice accent of pickled mustard greens, and I was very satisfied with the signature cheesecake and the vanilla-scented ice cream for dessert.

The interior is bright and spacious, and you are warmly welcomed the moment you enter. The appetizers, such as the salmon and chicken skin rolls, are impressive, and the sauce with a balance of acidity and sweetness pairs perfectly with the fish. The pumpkin potage is light and smooth, and the salad dressing has a natural aroma and is delicious. The main dish, the Akashi sea bream, is cooked gently, and the sauce made with green onions and soy sauce enhances the flavor. The pilaf with pickled mustard greens has a delightful crunchy texture, and the overall harmony makes you want to keep eating. The finishing touch, the cheesecake, is light with a clean aftertaste, and the friendly service from the two staff members is also pleasant.
