Atsukatsu

You can enjoy an assortment of sashimi made from fresh fish carefully selected from all over Japan. For a fixed price, you can taste six different kinds of fish, and the owner himself will explain the recommendation of the day. The tuna is at the medium fatty tuna level, and the size is small and bite-sized. Sharikin and kushikatsu (skewers) utilizing local vegetables are also offered, and the menu features dishes that make the most of the ingredients.

Located in Kumamoto City, the restaurant is characterized by its homey and lively atmosphere. It has a retro Showa-style atmosphere and J-POP music from the Showa and Heisei eras. There is also counter seating to accommodate a wide range of customers, from one person to groups. With its friendly atmosphere, the restaurant is loved by the locals and has many repeat customers.

Opened as an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that mainly serves kushikatsu (skewered pork cutlets). Later, because kushikatsu alone did not offer enough variation, the restaurant began to focus on sashimi as well, both of which are now popular.
