This plan allows you to enjoy rare cuts of beef that can only be purchased by a single head of cattle. Each person will be served one dish at a time. Please order drinks on the day. -14 items - 3 kinds of appetizers, assorted kimchi, today's salad, meat sushi, assorted sunchu, top grade tongue, top grade red meat, Japanese beef jalami, 3 kinds of today's rare parts (e.g. sirloin, chicken, fillet), 2 kinds of top grade hormone (+ 400 yen) (For an additional ¥400, we will change the two top-grade hormones to other meats), grilled shabu-shabu with pomelo, beef tendon or cold noodles, and today's sweet.
