Located directly connected to the station's underground floor, the calm space on the left upon entering is pleasant. Despite the adult atmosphere created by the dim lighting, it is comfortable to spend time in casual attire. The selection of wines is extensive, and I appreciate the suggestions that emphasize pairing with the food. The sommelier chooses the perfect glass for you, and you can feel the attention to detail in the glassware that enhances the aroma and in the temperature management. The open kitchen allows you to see the cooking process, and the seasonal courses and pasta resembling mixed soba are also enjoyable. The chewy pasta and the sauce that captures the umami of seafood are impressive, and its proximity to the station makes it an attractive stop.

Located on the basement floor of Kyobashi Edogrand, it has a calm atmosphere and is very comfortable. The wine selection is extensive, and it pairs perfectly with the dishes. The sommelier's pairing suggestions are spot on, and there are discoveries with every sip. The open kitchen allows you to see the cooking process, making the wait for the dishes exciting. The corn verrine, rich sea urchin, and roast beef are particularly impressive and very delicious. Even the duck and leek soba served at the end is carefully prepared, ensuring satisfaction until the very last bite.
