Producer: Il Vino e le Rose Variety: Timorasso 100% Country: Italy (Piedmont) Type: Orange This is a natural wine made from 100% Timorasso, which has been gaining attention since 2000. It has a strong aroma and may have a reduction smell after opening, but nuances of lychee and almond can be felt. Additionally, it has a refreshing acidity and umami, allowing you to enjoy its rich flavor.
Producer: Domaine Tetta Variety: 100% Chardonnay Country: Japan (Okayama) Type: White A faintly cloudy golden color. Aromas of sweet, ripe fruits such as pear, yellow peach, honey, and confiture. There is a slight sweetness, and the acidity and minerally bitterness create a wonderful balance. The finish is very long, with a rich fruitiness that lingers slowly. The influence of the barrel is not too strong, allowing the lively and robust character of the Chardonnay to be fully experienced.
Producer: Jean Marc Brocard Variety: Chardonnay Country: France (Burgundy) Type: White Aiming for the true essence of Chablis, only Chardonnay grown in their own vineyard on Kimmeridgian soil is used. Additionally, it is cultivated using biodynamic methods to express its terroir. It has a pearlescent yellow color with aromas of apricot and pure minerals. Over time, citrus fruit aromas further develop. It is very fresh and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a mineral finish.
