Sudachi juice is 100% juice squeezed from sun-ripened, outdoor-grown sudachi. To ensure quality, it is bottled fresh!
Using yuzu from Tokushima Prefecture. Seed-grown yuzu has a distinctly different refreshing flavor and aroma compared to yuzu grown from grafting.

Our top recommendation, many people tend to avoid chicken breast because it can be dry, but through careful cooking, it becomes just as delicious as thigh meat. Additionally, the components found in chicken breast are recognized for their anti-fatigue effects, making it a very beneficial ingredient that is both tasty and helps reduce fatigue. Torihachi's soft chicken cutlet uses carefully selected Oyamadori chicken breast, cooked slowly to achieve a very juicy and tender result.
