It's a style where you can enjoy grilling chicken by yourself, and it's the best for having fun with friends. I love that you can choose between salt or miso sauce and change the flavor for each part of the chicken. The young chicken, neck meat, liver, and skin are particularly fragrant, and adding a bit of spice to the miso sauce makes it even better. When grilled slowly on the net, the sweet sauce clings to the chicken, making it perfect with rice. Even when it's crowded, you can grill at your own pace, so I didn't feel like I was waiting too long. The staff were also very dedicated, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably.

The texture of the meat seems to be very carefully sinewed, and even though it is thick, the quality is such that it can be chewed through normally. The amount of juices, breading, etc. were all perfect.
The restaurant was open for dinner around 1:00 p.m. when I was eating, and they also offer take-out, so I don't think it is a restaurant where you have to wait in line to get a bite.

It is easy to enter, just a short walk from the station. The corner highball has a pleasant aroma, making you want to keep drinking. The fried chicken is a substantial size and very satisfying. The grated yam dish has a flavor that I really like and a gentle texture. The batter for the green onion pancake is surprisingly light, and I understand that it uses mountain yam. The yakisoba, infused with the flavor of fried pork fat, is also fragrant, and the staff at the shop are friendly, making for an enjoyable experience.
