Red bell pepper mousse, sweet shrimp and scallop tartar with beet and rhubarb sauce or white asparagus sauce Maltaise as an amuse appetizer. Seasonal soup and a cherry trout fish dish will be followed by your choice of main course. Finish off the meal with your choice of one dessert. A specially selected main dish can be selected for +1,500 yen.
Red Paprika Mousse as amuse, Sweet Shrimp and Scallop Tartar with Beetroot and Rhubarb Sauce, White Asparagus Sauce Maltaise as appetizer, and Seasonal Soup to feel spring. Hokkaido cherry trout mikuey sauce fondue followed by roasted duck or wagyu beef. Finish the meal with a choice of dessert.
◆Fully reserved. This limited-edition plan offers an elegant afternoon in a serene space where you can feel the arrival of summer. Starting in June, we will be offering a "Citrus Yellow Afternoon" themed dessert (10 dishes) and an aperitif plate (3 dishes) that can be enjoyed with sparkling wine, as well as a free-flowing beverage menu.
We do not serve alcohol to customers arriving by car or those under 20 years of age. Our restaurant offers natural wines primarily from Hokkaido, which can be enjoyed by the glass or bottle. We have a wide selection of rare wines produced in small quantities, and our lineup changes daily. We carefully select wines based on their condition and what ingredients are best for that day. Please feel free to ask our staff when placing your order.
The galette made with whole wheat flour from Hokkaido allows you to choose your favorite dish from four options: bacon, genovese, fruit, and baked beans. The half buffet includes bread from the local bakery 'Donguri' and 'Imomochi', a traditional dish from Hokkaido.
