As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was excited to see the soba being made right in front of me. The thin noodles, with a slight green tint, had a wonderful aroma and a pleasantly smooth texture. The combination of condiments was excellent, and adding a little salt enhanced the fragrance even more. The vegetable tempura was light, and the sweetness of the apple tempura provided a delightful accent. It seems they use locally sourced buckwheat flour, which releases a gentle aroma later on. The space felt calming, reminiscent of an old community center, and the view from the window and the tastefulness of the tableware were also pleasant. I was comforted by the attentive guidance from the staff.
