A soba restaurant where you can deeply experience tradition and flavor

Soba Doko Hakusan Soba Uchi Dojo is located in 'Yunokuni no Mori,' where you can experience Kaga's traditional crafts. It is a valuable place to learn about Japanese food culture through soba-making experiences. The freshly made soba is characterized by its slightly thicker and smooth texture, which pairs exquisitely with the sweet dashi typical of the Kanto region. You can also enjoy local Kaga dishes, such as croquettes filled with Jibu-ni, making it a favorite among many tourists. This is a charming spot where both adults and children can enjoy a fusion of learning and gourmet experiences.

Here, you can experience making soba noodles and enjoy the noodles you made yourself, which is a lot of fun. The noodles are slightly thick and have a smooth texture that goes down well, and you can really appreciate the aroma. The broth has a gentle sweetness, allowing you to eat it easily. There are combinations with tempura, grated daikon, and tororo, and it's exciting to change the flavors one by one. The jibuni croquette has a crispy coating, a hint of sweetness, and the texture of the ingredients inside is pleasant and satisfying. It's a place wrapped in the atmosphere of traditional crafts where you can enjoy your meal in a calm setting, making for a very nice time.
