This course includes appetizers, a colorful assortment of sashimi, and two pieces of kosode sushi whose cut ends resemble kimono sleeves, followed by your choice of eight pieces of sushi from more than 20 different items available at any given time. Chawanmushi and miso soup are also included.
Our sushi is made with fresh ingredients carefully selected by our chefs from the Omimachi Market and the Central Wholesale Market. The ingredients change depending on the availability, but the delicious sushi is mainly made with seasonal local fish.

This all-you-can-eat course allows you to fully enjoy the seafood of Hokuriku. The all-you-can-eat sushi course includes appetizers, a colorful assortment of sashimi, and kosode-zushi, a type of sushi with the cut end resembling the sleeve of a kimono. Please experience a "sushi bar you can drink at" where you can enjoy a full plate of sushi and a selection of Hokuriku's local sake.
