This tea - Sencha Umami 'Aokou' uses tea leaves from Kagoshima Prefecture, grown under the sun of the southern country. 'Aokou' means a deep and pure green aroma. The refreshing scent like young bamboo, elegant sweetness, and clear umami spread quietly like green droplets (Midori Shizuku). It enhances the flavors of delicate dishes with its crisp taste.
Japanese Tea - Oolong Tea Umami 'Crimson' is a special domestic oolong tea carefully roasted with a fermentation level close to black tea in Shizuoka, one of Japan's top tea-producing regions. Its name, 'Crimson', evokes the deep red of ripe fruit. With a fermentation level close to black tea, it has a sweet and rich aroma reminiscent of dried fruits. The rich and vibrant flavor refreshes the fat of meat dishes and deepens the richness of stews. Enjoy it like wine, enhancing your meal time.
Japanese Tea - Roasted Tea Umami 'Koen' The key to its aroma is the 'fire treatment' infused with the spirit of craftsmanship. Using tea leaves from Shizuoka, we roast them by relying on years of experience and intuition, capturing the moment when they become most fragrant down to the second. Its name, 'Koen', means the flames of rising aroma. The rich roastiness and surprisingly clear sweetness bring peace to the heart. A warm cup that gently relaxes the mind at the end of the day.
