The interior has a calm atmosphere, allowing for a relaxed time. The coffee has a pleasant aroma, with a refreshing acidity, and you can easily ask for a refill. The toast is fragrant with a light texture, and when you add jam, a refreshing sweetness spreads. The fried egg is on the softer side, and adding salt and pepper makes it even more delicious. The chicken gratin has a generous amount of white sauce, and the balance of the cheese's aroma and the tomato's acidity is well felt. Adding a little pepper ground from the table mill brings a fun change to the flavor.
