This course starts with an appetizer that changes with the season. The course starts with an appetizer, which changes with the season, followed by ponzu (citrus juice) dressed fugu skin, tessa, and karaage (deep-fried fish), and three kinds of grilled fugu! The main dish, takikomi-gohan (rice cooked in an earthenware pot), is served hot! Please enjoy the takikomi-gohan soaked in soup stock. This is a reasonably priced course that includes a dessert to refresh your palate.
The luxurious fugu and suppon course starts with an appetizer that changes with the season. The course includes fugu skin with ponzu sauce, tessa, three kinds of grilled fugu, and deep-fried fugu. The suppon (soft-shelled turtle) is served in a round pot, and the suppon broth is used to make a delicious zosui (rice porridge) to finish the meal!
