Wine Cellar Umemura, a long-established wine store in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture, will join L'aube's wine list, bringing a selection of hard-to-find Burgundy Grand Vins from their cellar of more than 40,000 bottles of 3,500 varieties, including vintages at their peak of maturity. The vintages will be delivered from the cellar, which has over 40,000 bottles of 3,500 varieties.
