Hide-san's Choice of Seasonal Food~! I received an invitation from a friend to have a girls' night out! A perfect day for a girls' night out, the day of the Doll's Festival! And the restaurant was Hide-san's Japanese and Western Sake Restaurant! I've been wanting to go there, but the phone number is not open to the public, so there is no way to make a reservation! Thank you very much for the invitation! The place is just between Shinsaibashi and Namba. It is located in one of the narrow alleys with various restaurants. The restaurant is small with a counter seating 8, and there are autographs of manga artists on the wall. This time, Mr. Hide left it to us. The toast was a pink sparkling wine brought by a friend! I'm glad it's like a girl's party! First we were placed small plates Then, the fillets are placed on the plate in order. Before that, a skewer of lightly seared firefly squid! The aroma from the searing process was so good that it was very stimulating to the nose! As for the sashimi Ehime Prefecture Yawatahama City white sea bream Chiba Prefecture Choshi Kinmedai (sea bream) Kagoshima Prefecture natural striped horse mackerel Mie Prefecture Spanish mackerel Nagasaki Prefecture Barracuda Hakodate Eruption Bay Anglerfish Scallops Sea bream with sake-soy sauce Oysters, raw and seared Nagasaki Goto Islands Nagasaki Goto Islands, swordfish, silver salmon ←forgot the picture Each dish is served with careful explanation! It was fun, interesting, and made me wonder what was next! I was so curious about what was next! I can't take my eyes off Hideo's work! He also offers us drinks, saying, "Here's some more! I had a little sake, but it was delicious! Potato Salad Hideo's special potato salad! Sauce and buckwheat seeds are poured on the top! Sauce on potato salad? I thought, "Sauce on potato salad? The buckwheat seeds have a savory texture and are very tasty! This is a new discovery! Naniwa Black Beef Sotohira Kumamoto Red Beef I thought it was only fish, but the meat looked so delicious! The outside was grilled to a nice crisp, and the inside was rare and super beautifully colored! Each one had a different texture and was very meaty! Everyone was so excited when it came to the meat! I guess they really like meat! The last dish was TKG, rice topped with an egg! Rice cooked just right with a rich egg! After all, rice is all about carbohydrates! When I finished eating, my friend beside me said to me, "Eat up! I was so full, but I ate it! I was so full, but I ate it! Hideo was kind enough to add an extra egg! The fun-filled girls' party came to an end in no time... Three hours goes by so fast, doesn't it? A commemorative photo with Ms. Hideo at the end! Mr. Hidesan, a reluctant and evil old man, who told us many valuable stories! He was popular with everyone! It's hard to get a reservation, but I hope I get another chance! Thank you so much for the food!

Japanese and Western Sake Cuisine HIDE 3-4 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station, Osaka A restaurant where you can enjoy delicious drinks and rice. I was lucky enough to get it in December at OMAKASE, but somehow it was changed to March and I went there! The style of the meal is to have a little bit of each while drinking sake. Each dish is delicious! Natural oysters are said to be very rare, and even though they are small, they are incredibly rich and creamy! The other sashimi was also too good! And the closing dish of Sagari and Potato Salad! The ones you see all the time on Instagram. The juicy and tender meat was so good I wanted more! Being a senior in high school, we had a great time talking at the end! I will try my best to book again. Thank you very much!
