Grilled beef heart skewers marinated in Peruvian red pepper, black beer, oregano, cumin, and red vinegar. Served with boiled potato, Peruvian corn, and house sauce.

Duck leg marinated in black beer, chicha de jora (Peruvian corn cider), then slow-cooked and lightly fried. Rice soaked in coriander and Peruvian yellow chili paste.
Rice soaked with the flavors of squid, shrimp, mussels, and scallops with aji amarillo chili pepper, tomato paste, and green peas, topped with some grated parmesan cheese. A dish that highlights the umami of seafood.
