From spicy curries with a kick to rich, mild dishes based on cashew nuts, and hearty options like dry curry, we bring you traditional flavors from all over India. Since each order is made fresh, feel free to consult us about adjusting the spiciness or making requests like 'I want this flavor with this ingredient.' In Japan, Indian curry is often associated with 'turmeric rice or naan,' but the reality on the ground is different. At Ahilya, we naturally serve authentic naan baked in a tandoor, as well as a variety of breads made from rice flour and bean flour, just like in our home country. We use the finest basmati rice, which perfectly matches Indian cuisine with its rich aroma and fluffy texture. In addition to plain rice, be sure to try familiar Indian dishes like lemon rice and jeera (cumin) rice.
