Grand Kitchen" is a French restaurant located in the Palace Hotel with superb cosiness. The free-flow Perrier-Juerosé and Chambertin, which are irresistible to wine lovers, are priced at ¥5,500! The free-flow order is limited to a limited number of courses, but the price is under 10,000 yen, and you can even choose the Palace Hotel's famous roast beef in a prix fixe course that is full of value for money and tasty. The appetizer started with a solid, heavy vichyssoise. Chilled lobster with seafood pâté. The fish was poached Akashi snapper with bean sprout sauce. For meat, we shared the famous roast beef and filet. The roast beef was superb. Personally, I prefer it to the Imperial Hotel, including the sauce. Last order at 23:00. In summer, I recommend the terrace seats right in front of the moat, and there are also private rooms available.
