The shop on the quiet street has an exciting atmosphere the moment you step inside. The staff kindly greet you, making it easy to relax even if you're alone. The first dish I ordered, eggplant sashimi, was fresh and instantly refreshing in my mouth. The cheese-filled rolled omelet that came next was fluffy, with a subtle richness spreading out. Both the fish and meat showcased the natural flavors of the ingredients, and the grilled tuna was surprisingly juicy. The drinks and dishes were served at a good pace, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant time until the end.

The calm interior of the shop, located down an alley, has a warm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax right away. The number of counters and tables is just right, making it comfortable for both individuals and groups. The specialty horse sashimi has an excellent balance of the rich flavor of the lean meat and the crunchy texture of the fatty parts, which brought a smile to my face. The assortment of side dishes and appetizers is also richly aromatic, and the homey flavors of kinpira (stir-fried burdock root) and nikujaga (meat and potato stew) are comforting. There is always a wide selection of sake and whiskey available, and the refreshing summer junmai ginjo and tasting sets are enjoyable. The staff is friendly, recommending a sour drink full of fruit, and the warm service made me linger longer than I intended.
