[Tokyo Ebisu] A stylish Italian restaurant that a friend brought me to. You can enjoy a refined moment at the lively counter. I requested an alcohol pairing for the drinks. A seasonal course with a total of 7 dishes: ● Sweet potato, sanguinaccio ● Barracuda, gorgonzola, winter truffle → There was no obvious fishiness, and all the ingredients were well balanced, making it very delicious. ● Surf clam, celery, mandarin ● Ravioli: tuna cheek marmitaco ● Kitalia: black pork, black beer, black garlic → Kitalia is a traditional handmade pasta from the Abruzzo region in central Italy, characterized by its square cross-section and chewy texture. Including the taste, it was the most delicious pasta I've had recently. ● Choose your main dish Special Matsusaka Oishi beef grilled (+¥1,000) ● Apple, persimmon, nuts ● Coffee The dishes were very delicious, feeling original with various combinations of ingredients, and they had a delicate sense of unity. I want to come again. The chef and staff give a bland impression unless you come several times.

Maybe it's because we are not well known, but there were no other customers besides us. We were in a private room. The food was delicious and so hearty that I felt like I was going to burst at the end! The royal blue tea was served in a bottle that looked like a bottle of wine. It was delicious! At the counter ✨ Each one was so intricate, It's a feast for the eyes and tastes great too, The wine was great too😊❤️ The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, The only thing I regret is that the three girls at the counter were talking too loudly and the restaurant staff got mixed up in their conversation 😇
