In a calm and classic atmosphere, the separate building with its hexagonal shape is very impressive. It's enjoyable to watch the cooking process in front of the counter that surrounds three sides, with a wide plate. The seafood, including shrimp, scallops, cod milt, and cod, is carefully prepared, and I particularly liked the cod milt enjoyed with ponzu sauce. The vegetables are also fragrant, and the texture of the makomo mushroom is pleasant, making it interesting to compare different salts. Of course, the steak is excellent, and the course flows nicely with dishes like baked items and warm desserts. I was able to relax while enjoying the well-maintained garden and the service provided at a comfortable distance.

The first small dish was visually beautiful, and I was happy to taste a little bit of yuba, sea urchin, salmon roe, and mackerel sushi. The soup had a rich flavor from the sweetfish and Kujo green onions, and I could even enjoy the aroma. The sashimi of flatfish, tuna, and fatty yellowtail was fresh and so delicious that I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The freshly fried oyster tempura and fluffy yam, along with the mushroom rice and the aroma of matsutake, were also impressive. Even the final dish of kuzu chocolate and fruit was carefully prepared, allowing me to feel completely satisfied in a calm atmosphere.
