The interior is cozy and has a very clean atmosphere. Bright bossa nova music is playing, allowing you to sit back and relax. Choosing from the handwritten menu is enjoyable and builds anticipation. The sashimi is incredibly fresh, and the presentation is stylish, making it a visual delight as well. The tempura of anago (conger eel) and the fried squid legs have a crispy batter, while the inside is fluffy, which was impressive. Watching the chef, who has a wonderful smile, work is also pleasant, and I was able to relax and fully enjoy my meal.
In the end, we were not able to go at the time we had originally reserved, so we had to call and cancel our reservation, and we had to wait in line at a different time...
