20 migliori ristoranti Italian per raccomandazione a Intorno a OosakuraStazione
Che cosa è Italian?: Italian cuisine celebrates the beauty of simplicity, using thoughtful techniques to spotlight the character of each ingredient. Menus often feature handmade pastas with slow-simmered ragù, wood-fired pizzas with pleasantly blistered crusts, and creamy risotti cooked to an al dente finish. Grilled seafood, roasted meats, and colorful vegetables reflect regional diversity, from coastal influences to hearty inland traditions. A meal may flow from antipasti to a primo and secondo, with contorni alongside and a sweet dolce to conclude, sometimes followed by a short, aromatic espresso. Olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, and herbs like basil and rosemary provide familiar aromas, while aged cheeses and cured meats add depth and nuance. Many dining rooms encourage conversation and sharing, with open kitchens, generous platters, and thoughtful wine pairings shaping a relaxed, convivial rhythm that invites guests to linger and savor.

The excitement of not being able to imagine what will come from the menu names, and the interesting lack of order in the descriptions.
The course, which includes three secret dishes not listed on the menu, totals over 20 dishes and lasts about three and a half hours.
However, that time feels fleeting, as the chef's meticulously crafted worldview is overwhelming.
I am happy to have encountered a restaurant that evokes emotion after a long time while exploring new restaurants in Japan.
From the beginning to the end of the course, there was a sense of the seasons that was exciting. The edamame jelly was cool and refreshing, and the crunchy texture of the shellfish was enjoyable. The dish combining chilled corn soup with foie gras was rich yet had a light aftertaste that was impressive. The sweetfish with crispy scales and the tender Ozaki beef roast conveyed the deliciousness of the ingredients well. The tagliatelle generously using summer truffles and the cold pasta with mango and lemon had a perfect balance of aroma and acidity. Even the final peach dessert was carefully crafted, and I finished the meal feeling happy.
We visited for lunch on a weekday, and we were the only group when the restaurant opened at 11:30 a.m. We arrived just in time, but the restaurant was almost full. The salad bar includes a salad bar and each person must order one meal, but there was a watermelon and a melon in the salad bar that said "Grandpa's watermelon" and was very sweet! Especially the prosciutto pizza! The prosciutto pizza was not too salty, but had a lot of prosciutto on it, and I thought it was cheap at only a little over 2000 yen. The location of the restaurant is a gravel parking lot on a slightly elevated hill, so be careful when entering.
It is a store that I want to revisit again.
