A creamy pasta loaded with ingredients like salmon, king oyster mushrooms, and spinach.
This is a main dish prepared for dinner time, using beef cheek braised in red wine as a pasta sauce, served with large short pasta similar to macaroni. You can add cheese to your liking.
The Shiumi pork, raised in Gunma Prefecture, is coated with fine breadcrumbs while keeping it thick, and is pan-fried. It can be enjoyed refreshingly together with the salad. (Currently served thicker than in the photo)
The mild lamb is flavored with several types of herbs and simply grilled. With mustard and lemon. Plus 330 yen.
You can choose from two types of sauces prepared for each season.
During lunch time, please choose from Neapolitan-style tomato sauce or served with lemon, and for dinner time, choose from balsamic sauce, mushroom paste sauce, or served with lemon.
