I used it from an early time, and despite it being a weekday, seats were quickly filling up and it was lively. I ordered sashimi of surf clams and whelks, and both were quite delicious. My acquaintance from the Kanto region was very satisfied as well, and the menu was abundant, making it a place I would like to use again.

The morokoshi tea cocktail, which I had never tried before, was so good that I ended up ordering a second one. I also enjoyed the local specialties like turban shell and hokke, and the portions were generous, so I regretted not being able to try the starry sky black beef flake TKG that I had planned to have for dessert, haha. It's a place I want to visit again.

The course dishes are full of creativity, and each plate conveys a thought. While the appearance has a Western essence, the flavors expand with a Japanese deliciousness once it enters the mouth. The drink pairings are diverse and enhance the flavors of the dishes well. They carefully listen to preferences and dislikes, allowing for a worry-free enjoyment. The style of mixing dishes, such as chawanmushi and scallops, was also interesting and very delicious. The space feels like a calm bar, with an aquarium, making it a relaxing place to unwind.

The food was good and the service was excellent. However, I was a little disappointed that it was in the style of an izakaya (Japanese-style pub). I was expecting more of an Italian feel, so that was the only disappointment. Vegetables and food were stylish and good!
