Amuse bouche + appetizer + small soup + main dish + dessert This is a course in which the main dish is often Wagyu beef from Tokachi, lamb from the Charo sheep farm, (local gibier deer, magure duck [not always available], etc.). The group will be served the same course. The photo shows a lamb steak from Charo Menyo Sheep Farm.
Amuse bouche + appetizer + small soup + main dish + dessert This course often includes main dishes such as Wagyu beef from Tokachi, lamb from Charo Sheep Farm, (local gibier deer, magre duck [available by advance reservation]), etc. The parts of the meat and appetizers are more luxurious.
The amount may vary depending on the selected menu. Menu items are subject to change depending on availability. Please see the photo of the blackboard of a certain day as an example.
Appetizer + small soup + main dish + simple dessert + coffee The group will be served the same course with the same content. Cannot be combined with any other elective course.
