If you're going to eat meat in Morioka, this is the place. This time, I made a reservation for the 8000 yen course. The staff's hospitality is high, and it's very comfortable. All the meat is delicious! I don't like green onions, so when I left them behind, they came to ask, 'Do you not like them?' and from then on, they served without green onions. I will go again.

I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal at the counter, and the calm atmosphere was pleasant. The dishes and tableware were all unified with items related to the Tohoku region, conveying a love for the area. Each plate had its own unique aroma and presentation, beautifully highlighting the flavors of the ingredients. It was exciting to see the dough being stretched right in front of me. The drink pairings also had a Tohoku flair, showcasing a wonderful combination. Even the final sweets were of high quality, and I was very satisfied with the flavors that made use of local specialties.
