This is the standard course that forms the basis of Seikisaku. Seasonal vegetable dishes and Kinoshita beef dishes are interwoven in a well-balanced composition, allowing you to enjoy the flavors of the ingredients. Two types of steaks are available, allowing you to enjoy the change in flavor due to the difference in the cooking process. The final course includes a finishing dish, and is designed to be both light and satisfying. This course is recommended for first-time customers.
This special course is composed mainly of raw meat dishes. Starting with the famous cured beef tartar steak, Kinoshita beef sashimi, and meat dishes with different cooking methods for each part of the beef, the course is designed to allow diners to enjoy the individuality of the ingredients in stages. Seasonal vegetables and small dishes are also interwoven to create a balance that is not too heavy. This 9-course menu is recommended for those who are new to the charms of Kinoshita beef as well as for those who wish to savor the beef in depth.

We carefully cook Kinoshita beef delivered from Kinoshita Farm according to the characteristics of each cut. Enjoy the richness of the lean meat, the sweetness of the fat, and the differences in aroma. Prices vary by cut. As a guideline, 100g of thigh meat starts at 7,200 yen, and we will provide information based on the day's procurement.
