This is a recommended plan featuring our popular "Zabu-Zari" as the main dish and our specialty menu. We will carefully select and prepare the best Wagyu beef on the day of the banquet. We will finish off the meal with our special curry. This plan is sure to please everyone.
This is a special plan that brings together all the specialties of AMATSUBO. Wagyu Aburi Chutoro (medium fatty tuna) is served as a starter. A total of seven kinds of yakiniku, including the famous Zabu-mori! Finish off with the famous "ATSUBO Curry"! You can enjoy the best meat and sake to your heart's content.
This is an affordable all-you-can-drink plan that allows you to enjoy our standard menu items while keeping portions in check. You can of course order additional a la carte items, so we recommend that you customize this plan by adding your favorite meat to it.
The 'Zabuton' that Jukouen has been particular about since its founding has become a specialty that is now sold out due to its beautiful appearance and delicious taste. We offer three types: the 'Extreme Zabuton' from the marbled beef king, the 'Red Zabuton' from the lean meat queen, and the 'White Zabuton' from the flavorful prince taken from the hind legs. Please find your favorite My Zabuton.
It is the most beautifully marbled part of the shoulder loin, and as if in proportion to that, it is a superb meat with a lot of flavor. We can secure about 10 kg of this meat from a single Wagyu, and we have carefully selected the highest quality part and named it "Kiwami" (meaning "extreme"). Half portion is also available. Please try it. (Half is available for 1,480 yen.)
This is a red meat cut taken from the front leg, commonly referred to as 'Kata Sankaku'. It is not only tender but also possesses a flavor that is unimaginable given its low fat content, truly reminiscent of a beautiful queen. Please enjoy it lightly grilled. For those who prefer a refreshing taste, it pairs well with ponzu sauce, so feel free to request it. (Half 1180 yen)
This is marbled meat that comes from the area near the hind legs. The characteristic is undoubtedly its 'rich flavor.' This excellent flavor should be conveyed through the aroma after grilling. First, enjoy the aroma, and then savor it with wasabi. I believe you will be able to experience the true taste of the beef directly. (Half 1180 yen)
At Jukouen, we do not use lemon. The 'lemon culture for tongue' originally started to mask the unique odor of frozen tongue. Our tongue salt, made with fresh tongue that is not frozen and seasoned with our unique blend of salt, is best enjoyed grilled and eaten as is.

Richly flavored kalbi taken from around the zabuton cut
Tender kalbi with a good balance of fat and lean meat.
This is a rare cut that can be obtained in small quantities near the shoulder blade. The key point of Yamitsu is undoubtedly its 'chewiness.' You might think, 'Is it hard?' but that's not the case. It has a very soft texture yet offers a delightful 'bite,' making it a truly interesting cut. Of course, the flavor is exceptional as well. The fat is not overwhelming, making it recommended for women and the elderly.
A signature dish that needs no introduction! This creative menu item features tenderloin topped with plenty of grated garlic. The addictive points are its tenderness and junky deliciousness! Be sure to enjoy it rare. For those who are not fond of garlic, the tenderloin (with sauce) or tenderloin ponzu is also great.
Harami, which is very popular among grilled meats. At our restaurant, we only offer the 'premium' version made from black-haired Wagyu beef. The rich flavor of Wagyu harami bursts forth as juice when you bite into it. The perfect match of this meat juice with our restaurant's secret sauce creates an exquisite taste in your mouth, making it incredibly addictive!
It's just like steak! A popular menu item featuring thick cuts of shoulder loin. The addictive point is its compatibility with 'wasabi'! Be sure to enjoy it with the wasabi served alongside. The wasabi neutralizes the excess greasiness, allowing the meat's umami and sweetness to spread throughout your mouth. This is a dish that lets you experience the original flavor of Wagyu beef directly!
The center cut of the shoulder roast, known as 'Kata Shin', is an exquisite cut that resembles large toro. The beautiful marbling melts in your mouth the moment you take a bite, and it pairs perfectly with our shop's secret sauce! Please enjoy it to the fullest.
A relative of the popular cut, Harami. It is named 'Sagari' for a very simple reason: it appears to hang down from the Harami on both sides. It has a texture close to red meat, is tender, and has a rich flavor. A must-try for red meat lovers!
A sukiyaki-style dish featuring flavorful shoulder roast. Enjoy the quickly grilled shoulder roast wrapped with grilled enoki mushrooms, accompanied by a special sukiyaki sauce (with egg). Adding a little rice to the sauce that retains the meat's umami makes it exquisite!

We use 'shima-chou' from black-haired wagyu beef at our restaurant. The special miso sauce and the sweetness of the fat intertwine to create a deliciousness that makes you want to drink more!

This is the now-standard Ton Toro, but do you know which part of the pig it comes from? It is the meat from the neck of the pig. You might think it's greasy, but surprisingly it's quite light, and the crispy texture is enjoyable.
