After several months of trial and error from 'Let's try making it ourselves!', a delicious product has been completed. The wine cellar that used to be in the shop is now actively used as a fermentation room. It features a refreshing flavor and texture.

Launched in April 2004, a premium beer typical of Asahi. While one might imagine a regular premium beer to be rich and made from 100% malt, JYUKUSEN uses adjuncts like rice and starch to create a harmonious flavor. The original glass that is used for Asahi beer is the JYUKUSEN glass from Keel's Bar, which is also handmade by Sugawara Craft Glass.
The most consumed beer style in the world is Pilsner. It is the king of Pilsners, born in 1842, with the name 'Original Pilsner.'
