Authentic sweet potato shochu made from 'Kogane Sengan' sweet potatoes produced in southern Kyushu, brewed with white koji. It is a shochu with a good balance of richness, sweetness, umami, and roundness.
Made from the elusive purple sweet potato 'Murasakimasari'. This is a completely new type of sweet potato shochu characterized by a lingering sweetness and a high-class aroma.
A sweet potato shochu made with filtered famous water from the primeval forest of Yakushima and locally produced sweet potatoes. It has a refreshing taste that suppresses the unique earthy smell of sweet potatoes, along with a faintly sweet aroma.
