This course includes amuse, bread, cold appetizer, fresh fish dish, A5 Japanese black beef steak, dessert (cheese) and after-dinner drink. This course is an anniversary course of Chef's Special Course. Please use this course for important family celebrations, birthdays, wedding celebrations, and other anniversaries. The course menu is basically left to the chef, but we always serve prawns and A5 Japanese black beef steak for the main dish. The amuse, cold appetizer, and hot appetizer are an exciting course. Seasonal ingredients, dishes the chef wants you to try that day, new cooking methods... This course is perfect for those who love to eat and enjoy delicious food. A special lunch course available only on weekdays. Please choose a seasonal soup, a cold appetizer, and your favorite main dish from several choices! After lunch, you will be served either one of the chef's homemade desserts or a French cheese platter, and coffee or tea.
