Unagi (eel) from Kagoshima Prefecture, raised without medication, and Kinu Hikari rice from Kameoka, Kyoto (rice offered at the Daijosai ceremony) is cooked in a clay pot after receiving your order. The eel is mixed in generously after being steamed to achieve a fluffy texture. You can enjoy it as is with condiments, or pour soup over it to eat it in a hitsumabushi style. Feel free to enjoy it in your preferred way without worrying about manners. *Price is for one serving, and orders are accepted from two servings.
