The ingredients are sourced from our affiliated izakayas 'Fujimaru' and 'Goemon.' We use many items from the shop located in the so-called 'Ninomiya' area on the east side of Sannomiya. Please leave a little of our pride, the 'grilled silver salmon that can be eaten as sashimi,' for the final touch and pour Kagoshima's 'Chiran tea' over it to enjoy as ochazuke.
